Haibazi reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (12 months).
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Evidence of an account being operated by a minor.

Users may also close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure. Balances left in a closed account will be returned through the designated process.
